Class Date: Monday 6th April, 7pm
In this hands-on class you’ll learn how to cover a cake with Buttercream. You’ll learn how to do a drip, some simple pipping and colouring techniques.
This class is for anyone that is new to cake decorating or wants to perfect their buttercream skills. I’ll take you through every step including how (and why) to add a crumb coat, ratios of buttercream, smoothing techniques and we’ll talk bulges and sharp edges.
Cost includes all the ingredients and recipes, a cuppa and treat at break time, plus you’ll get to take home a decorated 6″cake to enjoy later.
Classes are expected to last approximately 2.5 hours and will take place at our commercial kitchen nr Dryburgh Industrial Estate, Dundee.
