Class Date: Sunday 5th April, 2pm
In this special Easter Class you’ll be making Chocolate “Scotch Eggs”, Easter Rocky Road and Easter Cruffins!
This fun class is for anyone that is new to baking or who wants to learn a new recipe or technique. You’ll learn how to make the yummy centre in cream eggs plus we’ll be working with chocolate cake, we’ll be making rocky road Easter-style and we’ll be updating our awesome cruffin recipe for Easter. Under 16’s are welcome with a paying adult.
Cost includes all the ingredients and recipes, a cuppa and treat at break time, plus you’ll get to take home your treats to enjoy later.
Classes are expected to last approximately 3.5 hours (rough guide time only) and will take place at our commercial kitchen nr Dryburgh Industrial Estate, Dundee.
