This very popular class is back for the third time, book early to avoid disappointment!
In this hands-on class you’ll learn how to bake cupcakes from scratch. You’ll also learn how to make your own frosting and some simple piping techniques, I’ll also show you how to do multi-coloured piping (it’s easier than you think)!
This class is for anyone that is new to baking or wants to perfect their cupcakes and frosting. I’ll take you through every step including how to mix your batter, flavour your sponge, and how to check when it’s done!
Cost includes all the ingredients and recipes, a cuppa and treat at break time, plus you’ll get to take home your decorated cupcakes to enjoy later.
Classes are expected to last approximately 2.5 hours and will take place at our commercial kitchen nr Dryburgh Industrial Estate, Dundee.
