In this hands-on class you’ll learn how to make a some simple chocolate truffles
This class is for anyone that is new to chocolate making or wants to perfect their skills. I’ll take you through every step including how to temper chocolate, making and flavouring ganache and coating and decorating your finished chocolates.
Cost includes all the ingredients and recipes, a cuppa and treat at break time, plus you’ll get to take home your treats to enjoy later.
Classes are expected to last approximately 2.5 hours and will take place at our commercial kitchen nr Dryburgh Industrial Estate, Dundee.
